These terms apply to Sneaky: Imposter Party Game ("Sneaky", "the app", "we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The app

Sneaky is a party word game played on one device, or on several devices in an online room. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, following these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

Free version and lifetime unlock

• The free version includes Classic mode and a set of free categories, and shows occasional ads between rounds.
• The lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks all categories, Drawing mode and Mystery Twist rounds, and removes ads. You are never charged again for it.
• The price is shown in the app before you buy and is set in your local currency by Google Play.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and tied to your Google account. Use Restore purchase in the app to get the unlock back on a new device or after reinstalling.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the unlock is removed.
• We may add new content to the app over time. Content included in the unlock at the time you buy stays included.

Your content

Player names and drawings you make stay on your device. In an online room, the other players see the name and avatar you choose. When you share a result card or a room link, you choose where it goes and are responsible for what you share. Please keep player names friendly; the room host can remove players.

Fair use

Don't copy, resell, modify or redistribute the app or its art, words or sounds, and don't try to bypass the purchase or the ads. Third-party parts of the app (fonts, emoji, sounds) are used under their own licences, listed under Settings → Licences.

Play responsibly

Sneaky is a game for fun. Be kind to the people you play with, and take care of your surroundings while playing.

Online rooms

Online rooms are a free extra that runs on our server. Rooms are temporary and are deleted after they end (see the Privacy Policy). We may limit, change or pause online rooms, for example to stop abuse or for maintenance; a room can end early when our server restarts.

Ads

The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. We don't control the content of individual ads, and we are not responsible for third-party products or websites they lead to. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we don't promise the app will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update them in the app and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
